Designed an AI-powered Healthcare Monitoring Platform that enables doctors to remotely monitor patients through connected wearable devices and real-time health insights. The platform helps healthcare professionals track vital signs, identify high-risk patients, manage treatments, and make faster clinical decisions using AI-assisted recommendations. My role involved leading the end-to-end UX process, from research and workflow analysis to wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, design systems, and developer handoff.

By simplifying data visualization, improving navigation, and introducing AI-assisted features such as prescription import and personalized health recommendations, the platform enhanced clinical efficiency, reduced information overload, and enabled healthcare providers to focus more on patient care than administrative tasks.
